The McCutcheon Boys Soccer Team looks forward to starting a promising 2017 campaign.  The Mavericks proudly represented the school in completing against high quality teams while attending IPFW Socccer camp in Ft. Wayne, IN. All three McCutcheon teams reached their respective championship game of the 8 vs 8 tournament, with two of the teams winning the championship. Additionally the JV boys won the inaugural Dean Cup tournament held during the course of the camp.
The Varsity Squad returns 11 players from the 2016 squad, and with it the leadership of 11 seniors.  This year both the JV and Varsity teams look to showcase their growth as players, young men, and as a team against quality opponents. New opponents in Guerin Catholic as well as the Great Midwest Soccer Tournament create exciting opportunities to compete against some of the top teams in the state   A contagious positive energy exists in the locker room among all the players, managers, and coaches, filling the air with determination to continue to break new ground, instill lasting values that transcend the soccer field, build lasting qualities, and set the standard for future McCutcheon soccer players.
The players and coaches appreciate all your continued support of the McCutcheon soccer program and we look forward to creating a fun and energetic atmosphere every Tuesday and Thursday evening.  We are looking forward to a great season.
