On Friday, the Mavs JV team traveled to the Rivercrest GC to play in the Covington Invite for their last outing of the 2026 season. The day couldn't have gone better with our decision making shots around the green. All five golfers were hitting great shots to give themselves par putts. The round was capped off by sophomore Chase Biddinger shooting a really good 74 which tied himself for 1st place individually with BC's Jaxon Brouillette. They had to play 3 holes to decide a medalist. Chase missed a birdie putt to tie on the 9th green. The team finished with a season low 320 and took 1st place in the Invite as well. Junior Bryce Wickstrom shot a season best with an 80. Great to see this group put a great round together.
