Congratulations to AmFam Adsit Agency Student-Athlete of the Week: Aubrey Dempewolf! Aubrey, a junior on the Lady Mavs Tennis team, has been on a hot streak lately! At last week's 3-2 win over Lafayette Jeff, Ms. Dempewolf outlasted her opponent in a tie-break set to seal the victory for the Mavs (6-3, 7-6 [10-8]). Aubrey and the Mavs followed that big win up with a 5-0 sweep of the Logansport Berries on Tuesday. Coach Bookout praises Aubrey's determination and positivity as key to the Lady Mavs' current run of success! Ms. Dempewolf is also active as a sideline Cheerleader for McCutcheon. Aubrey is also very involved in the classroom, where the junior carries a lofty 3.88 cumulative GPA. Fantastic job on the court and in the classroom, Aubrey!
